These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of royaltywellnesstribe.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Royalty Wellness Tribe is a wellness brand based in El Paso, Texas, selling sea moss gel, herbal products, and holistic coaching programs. Questions? Email royaltywellnesstribe@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Products & Health Disclaimer
All products sold on this site are food-grade wellness products, not drugs or medical devices. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
4. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the United States. Processing times vary by product.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Orders may qualify for free standard shipping based on the current threshold displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.
- Local pickup and local delivery options may be available in El Paso, TX.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at royaltywellnesstribe@gmail.com with a photo, and we will make it right.
For unopened, undamaged items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Charges already processed are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Coaching Programs
Coaching programs are non-refundable once a session has been completed or materials have been accessed. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your first session to discuss options.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Royalty Wellness Tribe and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royalty Wellness Tribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
